Strategies for Excelling at High Performance, World Class Manufacturing... a training program like no other program you have ever attended.  This is a life-like simulation workshop... the closest thing to a real factory!  Participants actually make product and redesign a physical factory over a 5 intense day period.  Each day simulates a fiscal quarter and all improvements from day-to-day are valued.  At the conclusion of each day, participants are informed of the change in shareholder value that resulted from the changes they implemented in their factory.
